Why Kyaddondo?

At KYADONDO CBS PEWOSA corporate governance is primarily the responsibility of the Board of Directors and general management serving diligently, honestly and transparently.

We regularly review our governance policies and practices in light of current and emerging corporate governance practices, regulatory requirements, market practice and member expectations.

Our environmental, social and governance (ESG) priorities are integrated into our strategy. We’re focused on areas where we can have a measurable, positive impact on the communities we serve in Kyaddondo area.

The Board has established specialized committees; loans, finance, human resource etc. so as to meet and exceed applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
